Zilor’s Ethics and Compliance Program

Zilor’s Ethics and Compliance Program comprises a set of mechanisms, procedures, and internal policies designed to ensure legal compliance and to PREVENT, DETECT, and ADDRESS misconduct, fraud, and irregularities. The program also aims to foster a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.

Code of Ethics

Zilor’s Code of Ethics is the company’s key document outlining standards of conduct. It defines the principles that guide how Zilor engages with its customers, employees, communities, and shareholders. It sets out the company’s mission, purpose, and core values.

Understanding and embodying the Code of Ethics is fundamental to building and protecting Zilor’s reputation.

The Code applies to all stakeholders and should inform day-to-day decisions and behavior throughout the company. Zilor’s legacy – more than 70 years of growth and entrepreneurship – serves as both an inspiration and a commitment to upholding the principles outlined in this document.

Zilor Ethics Channel

An essential tool within the Ethics and Compliance Program, the Zilor Ethics Channel is a secure and confidential platform for employees, suppliers, partners, and members of the community to submit formal reports.

The channel can be used to ask questions, share positive feedback, or report – ANONYMOUSLY if preferred – any behavior that may be unethical or potentially in violation of the law, Zilor’s Code of Ethics, or internal policies. All submissions are received and managed by an independent, specialized third-party firm, which ensures that every report is handled appropriately and with due confidentiality.
